Europol's Director Max Peter Ratzel visits INTERPOL to discuss common areas of work and co-operation between the two organizations, including the exchange of information in crime areas such child abuse, human trafficking and terrorism. Mr Ratzel met INTERPOL Secretary General Ronald K. Noble, and was given presentations on INTERPOL's new information management system I-link and its OASIS programme for capacity building in Africa. Europol and INTERPOL each have a liaison office at the other organization's headquarters, and run a two-week exchange programme for five officers each year.
