In accordance with the Programme of Activities for the Asian Region adopted by the 19th Asian Regional Conference in Jakarta, Indonesia in April 2006 and following the invitation of the Chinese authorities, the 20th Asian Regional Conference will be held in Hong Kong, China, on 5-7 March 2008.
