Armed robbery at the Pinacoteca Museum in Sao Paulo, Brazil

On Thursday, 12 June 2008 three armed robbers stole two engravings by Pablo Picasso and two paintings by Brazilian artists Lasar Segall and Emiliano di Cavalcanti.

The works are estimated at about 1 million reais ($ 613,000).

Anyone with information about the theft or the whereabouts of the artworks is asked to contact INTERPOL National Central Bureau Brasilia (ref.: IP/U1/AG/DOC 269.294) and the INTERPOL General Secretariat (ref.: 2008/21489).
