INTERPOL drugs conference opens in Ghana

More than 70 senior law enforcement officials gathered in Accra, Ghana, for the 7th Meeting of Heads of African National Drug Services.

The two-day event enabled specialist officers to exchange best practice and provide updates on anti-drug trafficking activities in their countries. The meeting was immediately followed by the 18th INTERPOL African Regional Conference, which runs from 13-15 July, also in Accra.
