في ختام اجتماعها الذي عُقِد على مدار يومين من 24 إلى 25 حزيران/ يونيو 2008 في مقر أمانة الأنتربول العامة في ليون بفرنسا ، أصدرت اللجنة التنفيذية للأنتربول البيان التالي:
