ICPO-Interpol - General Assembly 71st Session - Yaoundé - 21st-24th October 2002

The ICPO-Interpol General Assembly, meeting in Yaoundé from 21 to 24 October 2002 at its 71st session:

NOTING THE CONTENTS of Report AG-2002-RAP-25 entitled 'Draft Co-operation Agreement with the Andean Community',

RECOGNIZING the interest of formalizing relations between the ICPO-Interpol and the Andean Community in an agreement to support police co-operation initiatives in the region concerned,

RECALLING Article 41 of the Organization's Constitution,

APPROVES the Co-operation Agreement attached to Report AG-2002-RAP-25 (Appendix 1);

AUTHORIZES the Secretary General to sign it.
