NOTING that new terms of reference and rules of procedure have been prepared for the SCIT and were finally adopted by the Executive Committee at its 116th session in accordance with Article 4(2) of the Executive Committee's Rules of Procedure,

CONSIDERING that it is beneficial for all Interpol's institutions to have clear terms of reference and Rules of Procedure,

The ICPO-Interpol General Assembly, meeting in New Delhi from 15th to 21st October 1997 at its 66th session:

ABROGATES Resolution AGN/58/RES/6 (1989) relating to the Standing Committee on Information Technology.
