HAVING EXAMINED the 1998 Draft Budget and Ongoing Plan for 1999-2002
(Report No. 13), prepared by the General Secretariat and approved by the Executive Committee,

The ICPO-Interpol General Assembly, meeting in New Delhi from 15th to 21st October 1997 at its 66th session:

APPROVES the 1998 Draft Budget and its appendices as they appear in the above-mentioned document;

DECIDES that the sums allocated in the 1998 Draft Budget to the Capital Investment Fund, the ATSFDC Fund and the Indemnities Fund shall be transferred to the said Funds and used in conformity with the purposes for which they have been allocated;

DECIDES that the value of the budget unit for the 1998 financial year shall be set at 75,700 French francs;

DECIDES that the specific contributions to finance the budgets of the Sub-Regional Bureaus shall be called up in conformity with the sums given in Appendix No. 3.
