The General conditions of use are also applicable to the contents of the Missing Children pages.

Anyone wishing to obtain, or supply, information concerning a missing child should contact the police authorities in their place of residence or in the country where the victim has been seen or traced.

2 - Right to change the content or purpose of nominal information on the site

The nominal information on this site is monitored by an independent commission responsible for ensuring that personal information stored in the files is:

• obtained and processed in accordance with the Organization's Constitution and the interpretation of the Constitution given by INTERPOL's decision-making bodies;
• stored for specific purposes and not used in a way which is incompatible with these purposes;
• accurate;
• stored for a limited period of time according to the conditions laid down by the Organization.
